Our Chelsea FC Seniors Men’s Teams (incl Reserves) are the
pinnacle and high performance part of the club. This is the premier level of
the Chelsea Family journey.
These teams play in the Football Federation Victoria Men’s
State League 4 South Division.
It has represented a proven pathway for our younger junior
players to continue on playing the sport they love, at the club they love.
In 2018, the team completed its most successful year, by
winning the South division State 5 Championship! This was awarded with
promotion into the more competitive State 4 league.
Training is traditionally on Tuesdays and Thursdays night
from approx. 7pm, with technically proven, challenging drills and tactics coached
by our Championship Senior Coach Gus Macleod
Games are played on Friday nights or Saturday afternoons. At home kick off
time is normally 1pm for Reserves and 3pm for Seniors. In addition as the Club
now has new FV approved high quality pitch lights, some games will be played also
on Friday nights
