Family Discount
Families with 2 or more registered players will receive a 5% discount. Please ensure you register all players at the same time to receive this discount.
Payments
When registering, you will have 2 options for payment:
Option 1 - full payment by credit or debit card
Option 2 – payment plan by direct debit. 30% up front, then the remaining 70% split over your choice of weeks, as long as it completes by 1st May 2024. Please be aware this incurs a transaction fee of $0.99 per payment.
Please note: The Club only accepts payment for registrations online and does not accept cash payments. If you have any issues with this, please contact the committee.
Refunds
If you decide to leave Chelsea FC or have a season ending injury, the following are the conditions for the Club granting a refund.
From registration, any player who withdraws as a result of injury or wants to leave Chelsea FC will need to make application in writing to the Committee requesting a refund (send to info@chelseafootballclub.com.au).
Part of your Registration Fee with Chelsea FC includes Football Victoria (FV) or Bayside League (BL) fees. FV/BL charges each player that is registered with FV/BL a fee for insurance and admin costs incurred by FV/BL. Unfortunately, FV/BL do not refund these fees back to the Club. As these fees are not refundable, we are unable to pass that portion of the fee back to you. Once you have registered with Football Victoria (via Play Football) or Bayside League, we are unable to refund that portion of the fee back to you.
Each refund request will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and all 100% refunds will be subject to a 5% administrative fee (Majestri transaction charges).

There are no refunds available for any uniform or merchandise purchases.

§ City of Kingston building leasing payments
§ City of Kingston ground rentals for Edithvale Recreational Reserve and Edithvale Common
§ Electricity for training lights for Edithvale Recreational Reserve
§ Public Liability Insurance
§ Facilities (lighting, ground maintenance, line marking)
§ Repairs and maintenance
§ Goalkeeping coach, Coaching director and FV certification’s for coaches
§ Training equipment (balls, cones, poles, nets, bibs)
§ Game day equipment (nets, small sided goals (3 sizes), poles, match balls)
§ Referees payments (U12+ Juniors, Masters & Seniors Only)
§ Ground Keeper and Ground Marshall fees (match day set up)
§ Cleaning facilities at Edithvale Recreational Reserve and Edithvale Common
§ Trophies and/or medals for players at the end of the season
§ Activities for Presentation Day
