Chelsea FC Academy 2026/27 – Second Round Expression of Interest Information and registration

Following an outstanding response to our first round of Academy Expressions of Interest, Chelsea FC is opening a second round of Expressions of Interest for limited remaining places in our 2026/27 Academy squads.

The Chelsea FC Academy is designed for players currently competing at the highest performance levels within their age group.

⚽ Player Level Requirements

This second round of Expressions of Interest is specifically for high-performance players.

U8–U11: Players should currently be competing at Kangaroos level, the highest division for these age groups, or demonstrate an equivalent standard.

U12: Players should currently be competing at Community A level, the highest division for this age group, or demonstrate an equivalent standard.

This opportunity is not recommended for beginners or players currently competing below these performance levels.

Academy Program Includes

• Two Academy training sessions per week
• Experienced and qualified Academy coaches
• Tournament participation throughout the season
• Technical and tactical player development
• High-performance training environment
• Program running from October 2026 to September 2027
• Breaks during school holidays and the end-of-year period

Players must submit an Expression of Interest for the age group they will play in during the 2027 season.

Limited Positions Available

Following our first round, many Academy squads are already taking shape and only limited positions remain across selected age groups.

This second round provides an opportunity for high-level players who did not submit an EOI initially, or who have recently become available, to be considered for the Chelsea FC Academy 2026/27 season.
